Processing Time

All jewelry orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time (U.S. Orders)

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on the destination and carrier.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Damaged Packages

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

 


 

 

Return Policy – Sterling Silver (.925) Jewelry

 

Due to hygiene and quality control standards, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery only.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • It must be in its original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Items returned after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted.


For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
